This year, NAPSA is supporting the Summit’s Professional Development Workshop, reinforcing the association’s belief that successful sweeping companies are built not only on strong operational skills, but also on strong leadership. The session will focus on the people skills that help owners and managers communicate effectively, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships and build successful teams.
