New State-of-the-Art Production Facility
The new Victory manufacturing facility, on track to begin production in late summer 2026, is a 67,500-square-foot building on a campus spanning 16 acres. In addition to the manufacturing facilities, the expansive property features two office spaces totaling 5,300 square feet for sales, engineering, production management, and administrative teams. The modern offices are designed for cross-departmental collaboration and innovative projects, from product design to process improvements to service efficiency enhancements.
NAS recently had a very special opportunity to meet with three members of Victory’s corporate leadership team. We were fortunate to learn about some of the kinds of decision-making insights that have grown the company. And we got a sense of what it has taken to elevate Victory to a renowned producer across the intensely discerning field of powersweeping business owners who know what makes the difference for the operators of their multi-million-dollar fleets.
Insights from Victory Leadership Team
Many street sweeping company owners have emphasized the merits of the Victory brand over the years in terms of quality and service reliability. In our group interview, we discovered more about the industry’s pioneers of heavy equipment innovation at Victory and what inspires and sets apart a manufacturer in this fiercely competitive and very expensive industry.
In the meeting were Mukesh Kumar Sharma, President of International Operations, Brad Staley, National Sales & Marketing Manager, and Chris Crews, Sales & Marketing Specialist. Mukesh explained the team’s current priority, “We’re right now making sure we get to the customer with the new product line. That sounds like an obvious imperative, but in the past we were primarily playing in a very particular segment, the contractor sweeper line.
We were focused on trying to come up with units that gave the individual customer everything to meet their specific requirements. Today, that is one priority on the list of the top several essentials. The second one is to get the right quality, the right processes, and the right professional approach to dealing with our customers to provide an unparalleled world-class environment. We want our customer experience to be the gold-standard of professionalism, from the point of view on our superior product quality all the way through our brand image in terms of sales and long-term support.”
Brad added, “Rising to that ambition of elevating all standards to match the company’s new world-class facility, the strategy is now about putting people and processes together in terms of quality and reliability, Our messaging should highlight perspectives for customers using parking lot sweepers, for the road construction contractor side, and for the municipalities.”
Enhancing the Victory Sales and Service Model
“Our employees and partners have made this expansion possible, Mukesh noted, “and I would add a big thank you to all of our customers who have supported us in the past. We would not be where we are without them. The new facility, new product lines — without good customers, that doesn’t exist. Going through dealers, buyers may find additional distributors for support.
Our new service model, which utilizes top-quality local support facilities, opens up additional service options for municipalities, HOAs, road construction contractors, industrial facilities operators, and many of our other high-volume sweeping service customers as well. They will not have to wait to have something shipped factory-direct if they need or want to get it the same day.”

Chris reflected on Victory’s product and service history, “It has always been our perceived purpose to build top-performing products with emphasis on customers’ preferences for simplicity and durability. We continue trying to grow upon that. That’s what our customers have asked us to deliver on other types of sweepers too, as they grow through expanding their service offerings.”

Chris continued, “We have on the horizon mechanical types of sweepers, so we can fulfill requests for any type of sweeper truck a customer wants, anytime. We want to ensure that we’ll continue to grow the right way through the coming years as we continue producing our popular models and add three new lines to accommodate an even broader range of customers’ needs.
Customer Support Quality
Victory has been very good at supporting our customers from the factory to the field. That is our core service policy, so all our future plans must adhere to that critical principle. We are looking at setting up even more robust customer support through additional local dealerships. For larger types of sweepers, we want to offer mechanisms for more convenient, faster, more efficient support.
That will add options for parking lot sweepers, but it must extend over to industrial and municipal machines too, where support is locally needed. We find that we provide the best response directly from the factory for street sweeper support, but we’re aiming to increase the alternatives for all customers.”
Regenerative Air Sweepers Vs. Mechanical and Pure Vac
By way of an introduction to the basic technology, regenerative air sweepers use a closed-loop system of continuous forced air to remove dirt and debris from pores, cracks, and crevices in pavement. This is the preferred sweeper truck type for municipal street cleaning, parking lot maintenance, runway cleaning, and many industrial applications.
The Process: The powerful blower and suction through industrial-grade hose pulls particles up for disposal in the hopper. Then, to prevent exhaust from blowing dirty air back into the environment, the air is filtered and recycled back through the suction system in an efficient, eco-friendly process.
The Benefits: Regenerative air sweepers provide exceptional dust control and more thorough dirt and dust removal than mechanical elevators without the powerful forced air and extreme suction. The intakes are also wider, which means fewer clogs and maintenance issues than mechanical broom units. They’re also more versatile than mechanical broom or vacuum-only alternatives, efficiently removing everything from large gravel and even cans and bottles to fine dust and sand.

Victory RX6 Redesign – Unmatched Power
Chris talked about the rollout of Victory’s newly reimagined RX6 Regenerative Air Street Sweeper. “It was formerly called the Mark 6. It’s designed for maximum power, efficiency, and comfort for the operator. It features a 6.58-cubic-yard 304-grade stainless steel hopper, on a non-CDL Isuzu NRR cabover chassis. It has a 132-inch wheelbase, which gives it outstanding maneuverability and visibility.
The RX6 is built with a lot of the same components as our high-dump RX4 (previously called the Mark 3) — a very popular model for over a decade. Both of these models have a 74-hp Kubota turbo-diesel auxiliary engine and a wide-body 30-inch diameter blower fan, for the industry’s most powerful and durable options in their class.
